Yvonne Teo is an adventurous SDG activist who is passionate about the things she loves, ambitious with her goals, energetic about her activities, and happy-go-lucky in life. As an awardee from UNICEF (Indonesia), she spoke in more than 20 countries, and involved more than 50 conferences and forums as a youth representative in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia Pacific region. In 2017, she moved to the United Kingdom to carry out Project BIKE after her graduation. The project was about the leader (which is herself), cycled from London to Edinburgh, delivered speeches about Sustainable Development within the schools of the United Kingdom, and raised fund for the Marawi community from the Philippines that was combat in war at that time.

After the year of discovery, she returned to Malaysia for good. She works in Shopee as a Project Management during the day; and work as a special needs tutor during the night. She also plays a role of being one of the mentors for YSI (Young Sustainable Impact Southeast Asia), and currently she is at the planning phase to work on her art-related humanitarian project in Malaysia. She has never given up on helping others, and strive to embrace the differences between people.

With her previous engagements in several organisations such as ASEAN Youth Leaders Association (AYLA), UNDP (Bangkok/ Asia Pacific Regional Office), Urban Youth Academy, and other youth related organisations, these have given her better insights working with/ for the youth.

To her, age and disabilities are not a restriction, yet it is all within the own 'self'. Her afage of life- " Do the things with love, have faith in it, and hope for the best. 1:13 Corinthians.
