During her Bachelor Degree, Lau was the President and Student Advisor of Enactus at UUM. She has won Champion and was a Semi-Finalist in Enactus World Cup and won First Runner-Up in Enactus Malaysia National Cup. She was also the Malaysian Representative in Enactus World Cup 2014 at Beijing, China. In 2017, Lau has completed her studies in Master of Education in Educational Psychology and became a Business Advisor of Enactus UUM. In the same year, Lau has co-founded Candela Talent Centre which focuses on developing children talents and passion. Highlighting the Individual Intelligences that were often neglected by the schools.
